Farmers are not measuring their strategies or the most appropriate indicators to reach their goals. Research shows that the managerial capacities of farmers play a major role in differences in economic and environmental performance. Nexus Agronomy Pty Ltd is a specialist in developing improved farm performance and farmer capability. Our approach is whole-of-farm and we bring a range of skills for farm performance, strategy development and performance measurement. When it comes to making changes, farmers need a supportive framework - one that supports a strategic vision for business growth and one that provides for continuous improvement. We provide a personal source of information and back up, knowledge and trust, and best available information in a timely manner. We review your farm business with you. We work in partnership to identify goals and capabilities and design a program for change in performance in your farm business. We assist in strategy development and further assist in responsibility and accountability for change. As we continue working together we transfer skills to enable independent problem solving.

Darren is passionate about working with farmers, managers and stakeholders to support performance improvement in farm management. Darren grew up in country Victoria and understands the demands on farms requiring efficiency and simple solutions. In 2004, after 24 years working in management and agronomy with unique improvement challenges in Australia and Asia, Darren took the opportunity for a career change developing a hands on management and agronomy consultancy.
